The mission of Garden Design School is to equip its students with the hands on, practical knowledge and skills to become accomplished, practicing designers. Because all the instructors are energized, successful designers, students are inspired to apply their own creativity and passion to the endless possibilities of garden design.
Garden Design School was founded in the UK in 2002 and has since extended its successful program to the USA and is recognized as one of the top training schools in landscape design.
Founders and college tutors Moira Farnham, Robin Templar Williams and John DeVore, all highly accomplished and widely respected garden design experts, have devised and taught world class garden design programs and workshops at horticultural and landscape / garden design colleges throughout the UK and abroad.
Through their own thriving garden design consultancies, Moira, Robin and John have rich insight into what it takes to design real gardens for real, fee-paying customers and to build and run a successful practice.
